Why is this analysis important?

A healthy working environment contributes significantly to mental health and performance. With our analyses, you can identify stress at an early stage and take active countermeasures. Your employer is also legally obliged to introduce occupational health and safety measures following analyses, and we are here to help.

How does it work?

After registering, you can carry out a scientifically based analysis anonymously. Depending on the services available, you can also receive targeted measures to improve your mental health as well as your personal mental health coach in the mobile app.

Why is the assessment anonymous?

The information you provide in the assessment is anonymous so that you can answer openly and without worry. As soon as you log in, the system technically separates your identity from the answers recorded in your account. Your employer receives the results exclusively in summary form at the team or department level. This makes it impossible to identify individual participants or re-identify them.

To assign the assessment to your job function, a technical token is used briefly during registration; this token plays no further role in the evaluation. The anonymity of the assessment is ensured through a process that has been tested and validated over many years.

Open-ended responses entered in text fields are also paraphrased - that is, rephrased in such a way that the content remains intact, but the writing style cannot be traced back to the original author. So you can be sure: Your answers stay with you - only anonymous data is used to improve working conditions and health within the company.
